Float
FloatThe number of a company's shares available for public trading, excluding restricted shares and insider holdings.
Short Interest

ATM Offering
OfferingsAt-The-Market offering. A mechanism allowing a company to sell new shares directly into the market at prevailing prices over time.
Reverse Split
Reverse SplitsA corporate action that reduces the number of outstanding shares while proportionally increasing the share price. A 1-for-10 reverse split turns 10 shares into 1.
Warrants
WarrantsA derivative that gives the holder the right to buy shares at a specific price (strike) before a set expiration date.
VWAP
Technical AnalysisVolume Weighted Average Price. The average price weighted by volume, used as a benchmark for fair value throughout the day.

Shelf Registration (S-3)
SEC FilingsA filing with the SEC that registers securities for future sale. The company can then sell these shares at any time without filing again.
Market Cap
Market CapThe total value of a company's outstanding shares. Calculated as share price × shares outstanding.
Gap
Technical AnalysisA discontinuity in price where the stock opens significantly above or below the previous day's close, leaving a "gap" on the chart.
